Best known for
being a hardcore porn queen, and while she wasn’t going
down on Traci Lords and getting plowed in every
conceivable position, Ginger Lynn found time to release a
fabulous 12” disco anthem in 1986. The skank-tastic
Fantasy World released by Mark IV Records ticks all the boxes for me and I can’t see
why Ginger didn’t have a stellar pop career. This
classic is virtually unknown and was never followed up.
Ginger retired
from porn in 1986 to start a mainstream movie career and
although she didn’t get too far she managed to show off
her many talents in such classics as Vice
Academy
and it’s first two sequels. She returned to porn in 2000
but has since retired again. I do hope she releases
another single one day, I once heard her voice being
described as being like Ann Margret with a
cold. Classic!
